Interesting read. Actually not as bad as Niharika was leading me to believe. I mean, I am still not a big fan of Romantsies, or love stories in general. But the world building in this book was quite good. There are a few more books in this same world, and the fact that I am looking forward to read more is testament that I actually liked this book.

The basic premise is,

This book is set in a world with Humans and Faeries. The latter are the “vampires of Twilight” equivalent here. Except they have a whole lore and backstory which is explained as the book goes on. Our lead character is caught in the middle of some Faerie plots and falls in love with one (or two?) of them. The story is about her journey in this world, while coming from the Human world which is utterly non-Faerie.
