One of my favorite and go-to chicken dishes to eat when I know nothing on the menu. The gravy goes with almost everything, baos, tacos, rolls, pita bread, etc etc. Very universal.
I’ve been having butter chicken since I was a kid, from many different places. The ones that stand out are Cafe Arfa and Cafe Alfa coz they were kinda in the neighborhood and affordable at the time.
Naqu recently made some great butter chicken at home, that really impressed me. While I typically like my butter chicken spicy, Naquiyah made it less spicy and more creamy. And omg how much could I eat with that change.
