I’m gonna follow this routine for the month of August. Did it today with Sri sir, and it quite nicely exhausted me out

Pre Workout

  • Stretch neck (up-down, left-right)
  • Shoulders (front and back)
  • stretch legs apart and cross touch toes with tips of fingers
  • take support and stretch leg ahead (left and right leg)
  • take support and stretch leg sideways (left and right leg)
  • 5 mins cardio

Workout

  • Bench Press
  • Incline Bench Press
  • Shoulder Raises
  • Lat Pull Down
  • Rowing Machine
  • Squats
  • Leg Extension
  • Bicep Curls
  • Triceps Bar Pull down

Post Workout

  • 10 min cardio
  • Extensive stretching using the Streching Machine
