I’m gonna follow this routine for the month of August. Did it today with Sri sir, and it quite nicely exhausted me out
Pre Workout
- Stretch neck (up-down, left-right)
- Shoulders (front and back)
- stretch legs apart and cross touch toes with tips of fingers
- take support and stretch leg ahead (left and right leg)
- take support and stretch leg sideways (left and right leg)
- 5 mins cardio
Workout
- Bench Press
- Incline Bench Press
- Shoulder Raises
- Lat Pull Down
- Rowing Machine
- Squats
- Leg Extension
- Bicep Curls
- Triceps Bar Pull down
Post Workout
- 10 min cardio
- Extensive stretching using the Streching Machine
