This is just my own reading order, for max relations between the Cosmere books and also to pace the books out. Some of them can be quite heavy.

Change of Scenery…
These are different planets in the Cosmere, which play a larger part in the series a bit later. But the characters and “magic concepts” shown here are pretty darn cool. Plus they also move focus away from the relatively larger Mistborn series1.
Now here, you have two paths you can take. Path 1 is continuing on with Mistborn to scratch the itch of folks Pushing and Pulling. Path 2 is going to one of the best worlds in the Cosmere, Roshar and going through the Epic that it is. I would recommend Path 2, then Path 1.
